PBs posted at junior swimming nationals
FIVE Jewish swimmers aged between 15 and 17 represented their clubs and states at the 2019 Australian Age Swimming Championships in Adelaide from April 15-22, with two scoring top 20 placings, and three posting personal best (PB) times.
20-year-old Benno Negri won gold and silver age division medals at the Australian Swimming Championships last week.

Jewish swimmers prove they belong at nationals
"THIS was my 17th consecutive nationals [appearance] – I feel honoured … and at 32, it never gets old," said North Sydney swimmer and Paralympian Matthew Levy, after competing in the 2019 Australian Swimming Championships in Adelaide last week.

Levy smashes world record at Maccabiah
THE swimming finals kicked off in the best way possible for the Australian team at the Maccabiah Games, with two-time Paralympic gold medallist Matt Levy now adding the title of three-time Maccabiah gold medallist to his résumé.
Ashley and Asher Weill will compete at the Maccabiah Games.
